He went on to serve as an officer and Judge Advocate in the United States Navy. While on active duty, then Lieutenant Holloway graduated with distinction from the Naval Justice School's sixteen week advanced trial advocacy course and earned certification as trial and defense counsel. Mr. Holloway has also served as Assistant District Attorney, President of the Cobb County Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and has taught in the field of constitutional law as adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at nearby Kennesaw State University.
