Nicole L. McArthur
Nicole began her distinguished legal career when she graduated with academic honors from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2011. Prior to law school Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Mercer University in 2008. While in law school, Nicole was honored to be selected to serve as an appointed member of the Jones School of Law Board of Advocates and was a member of her law school’s prestigious trial team where she competed nationally against other trial teams. In 2011, Nicole’s trial team placed second in the Greg Allen Mock Trial Competition. Additionally, Nicole earned a Public Interest Fellow designation because of her commitment to service during her law school career. She also served as president of the Christian Legal Society in 2011.
Prior to joining the Holloway Law Group, Nicole worked both in private practice and later as an Assistant District Attorney from 2013 to 2016. As a former prosecutor, Nicole is very well versed in handling felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, and traffic cases. With her wide variety of experience in the field of criminal law, Nicole has earned a reputation in the legal community as a respected, effective, and zealous advocate. Nicole is duly licensed in Georgia and Alabama. She is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals and the Northern District of Georgia.
